"They want people to call in and snitch on people that are rocking gawdy jewels ,got luxury vehicles or dress real fly and dont look like they have a job. How the fuck they know it wasnt a gift or the person is a rapper or somebody saved up they allowance or something. First American laws against "saggin"(nigggas backwards) pants and now this. This is blatant racism and an attack on HIP HOP.
